为进一步优化猪细小病毒HA、HI微量法试验,比较了不同红细胞悬液浓度、不同液体体积、不同形状微量板对试验的影响。结果表明,豚鼠红细胞悬液浓度由原来的0.25%提高到0.5%,用50 μL体积进行HA试验,用25 μL体积进行HI试验,在“V”型微量板上的试验结果更清晰、更易判断。 |

Abstract: |
The concentrations of red blood cells, reaction solution volume and microplate bottom shape were optimized for porcine parvovirus (PPV) HA and HI test. Compared with the microplate of U-shape bottom, HA and HI test for PPV on the microplate of V- shape bottom was more definite and convenient to read the results with increased guinea pig’s RBC concentration from 0.25% to 0.5%, 50 μL reaction solution for HA test and 25 μL reaction solution for HI test. |
