| 为评价和测定小反刍兽疫活疫苗在新疆和西藏地区临床应用的安全状况、免疫效果和免疫持续时间。本研究对在新疆和西藏地区使用小反刍兽疫活疫苗的情况进行了跟踪调查。结果为免疫动物未发现任何免疫接种引起的不良反应，未发生小反刍兽疫病例，表明疫苗对山羊和绵羊具有良好的安全性。免疫后中和抗体检测结果为，免疫3个月后，血清中和抗体阳性率为89.6%；免疫15个月后，血清中和抗体阳性率为93.6%；免疫26个月后，血清中和抗体阳性率为83.95%；表明该疫苗的免疫效力良好，免疫期至少可达26个月。 |

| The aims of this study were to determine and evaluate the safety, duration of immunity and vaccine efficacy of Peste des Petits Ruminants Vaccine (Live, 75/1 Strain), vaccinated in some areas of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and Tibet Autonomous Region. The Clinical signs of these vaccinated animals were observed for a long time and the sera were sampled to determine the titer of antibody against Peste des Petits Ruminants virus (PPRv) at different time. There was no side reaction observed during the trials. The proportion of positive sera to inoculated animals was 89.6%, 93.6%, 83.95% respectively after 3 months, 15 months and 26 months. The results showed that the vaccine was safe and effective to sheep and goats, and the duration of immunity exceed 26 months at least. |
