对2005年版中国兽药典芬苯达唑鉴别方法的商榷

摘要:
对2005年版《中国兽药典》一部芬苯达唑鉴别(1)方法中紫外-可见分光光度法测定最大吸收波长存在的问题进行了讨论。经实验验证,甲醇纯度对在218nm的波长处最大吸收测定存在着显著的影响;在294nm的波长处最大吸收测定存在着波长选择准确性的问题。建议采用色谱纯甲醇及选择296nm波长处最大吸收进行芬苯达唑鉴别(1)的测定。

Abstract:
Several prombles tending to affect fenbendazole identification by UV spectrophotometry in Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopeia(Ⅰ) 2005 Edition were described. Based on experimental verification, the improvement suggestions of the operating conditions e.g. solvents employed and their purity, test for wavelengths were provided.
