对酸性碱性中性等多种单糖进行1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮(pmp)衍生优化,得到混合单糖pmp衍生的最佳条件为反应时间60min,反应温度70 ℃,衍生试剂PMP与单糖的最适摩尔比为12:1,加入的碱与单糖最适摩尔比为6:1。并在此条件下对水解盐藻多糖进行衍生分析得到盐藻多糖组分PDS3的单糖组成。 |

Abstract: |
In order to determine the best dirive condition of mixed monosaccharides, we optimized the 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone dirived condition of three kinds of monosaccharides(uronic acid, aminosaccharide and neutral sacchraide). The best condition we got is as follows: reaction time is 60 min, incubation temperature is 70 ℃, ratio of NaOH and monosaccharide is 6:1, ratio of PMP and nonosaccharide is 12:1. Under this contion we got the monosaccharide composition of PDS3. |
