Denaaturing High Perfoemance Liquid Chromatography (DHPLC) is a kind of high throughout new technique to detect the mutation of the DNA sequence. Working principles and main technical characteristic were reviewed. The applications in the microorganism domain such as drug resistance detection,genotyping and identification,isolation and identification of composite microbes were also expounded. And its efficiency, accuracy and automatization has found increasing
advantages in the microorganism domain. |
