| 摘要: |
| 采用豚鼠和家兔分别进行了催奶灵注射液的全身主动过敏性、血管和肌肉局部刺激性、体外溶血性试验，对催奶灵注射液的使用安全性进行评价。结果表明：本品对豚鼠无明显全身过敏性，静脉注射对家兔耳缘静脉无明显局部刺激，对家兔肌肉注射给药也无明显局部刺激，对家兔红细胞无明显体外溶血性，即本品的各项安全性均较好，临床可安全使用。 |

| Abstract：The intramuscular and vascular irritation Test in rabbits, hemolytic test in rabbits and allergic test in guinea pigs were undertaken to investigate the safety of cuinailing injection. The results showed that the cuinailing injection had no allergic reaction on guinea pigs, no evidences of hemolyzation and aggregation on rabbit erythrocyte in vitro, and no significant stimulation effect on vessel and muscles. The experiments provide a theoretical basis to the clinical application of the cuinailing injection. |
