建立高效液相色谱法测定安痛定注射液中氨基比林和安替比林的含量。方法:采用Waters公司Symmetry C18 ( 4.6 ×250mm 5μm)色谱柱;以甲醇-水(40:60)为流动相;检测波长为260 nm;流速为1.0 mL•min-1;柱温25℃。结果:氨基比林在20~200mg•L-1的浓度范围内呈线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为100.4%;安替比林在10~60mg•L-1的浓度范围内呈线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率为100.2%。结论:该法简便、准确可靠,可用于该药的质量控制。 |

Abstract: A method for the simultaneously quantitative determination of contents of aminopyrine and antipyrine by high-performance liquid chromatography was established. Methods: Waters Corporation Symmetry C18 (4.6 × 250mm 5μm) column; methanol - water (40:60) as mobile phase;the detection wavelength was 260 nm; flow rate of 1.0 mL • min-1; column temperature 25 ℃. Results: aminopyrine in 20 ~ 200mg • L-1 concentration range of linear relationship, r = 0.9998, average recovery was 100.4%,Diantipyryl in 10 ~ 60mg • L-1 .the concentration range of linear relationship, r = 0.9997, the average recovery was 100.2%. Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and reliable and could be used in drug quality control. |
