响应面法优化超声波提取浮萍多糖工艺研究

摘要:
浮萍多糖是一种具有免疫调节作用的药物原料,饲料中多有添加。文中对浮萍多糖的提取工艺进行优化。基于单因素试验结果,确定影响浮萍多糖提取率的三个显著因素及水平:料液比(1:40、1:50、1:60)、超声时间(40 min、60 min、80 min)和超声功率(300 W、350 W、400 W);以浮萍多糖提取率为响应值,运用Design-Expert软件进行响应面设计并开展试验,通过工艺优化确定浮萍多糖的最佳提取条件为料液比1:40.06、超声时间79.58 min、超声功率341.37 W,此条件下浮萍多糖提取率的理论值可达到1.188%;验证试验的浮萍多糖提取率为1.125%,与理论值仅相差0.063%。因此,优化后的提取工艺条件准确可靠,具有一定使用价值,可用于实际操作。

The Response Surface Method to Optimize the Ultrasonic Extraction Duckweed Polysaccharide Technology was Studied

Abstract:
Duckweed polysaccharide was a promising immune regulating drug, optimization of the duckweed polysaccharide extraction process was conducted in the present study. Duckweed polysaccharide most influential factors and three levels: solid-liquid ratio (1: 40,1: 50,1: 60), ultrasonic time (40min, 60min, 80min) and ultrasonic power (300W, 350W, 400W), were determined and investigated based on the results of single factor test. Response surface methodology was used to optimize the duckweed polysaccharide extraction rate using Design-Expert software. Based on regression analysis to determine the best extraction conditions duckweed solid-liquid ratio of 1: 40.06, ultrasonic time 79.58min, ultrasonic power 341.37W, in this condition theoretical values duckweed polysaccharide extraction rate of up to 1.188%. The extraction rate of validation test was 1.125%, with a difference of 0.063% compared to the theoretical predictions. Therefore, response surface optimization of extraction condition parameters showed stable and accurate performance and could be used for the actual operation.
