荆防败毒散薄层鉴别质量标准提升研究

摘要:
[摘要]为了提高荆防败毒散质量标准,本研究新增荆芥、柴胡薄层鉴别方法。以胡薄荷酮为对照,将供试品与对照品溶液点于同一硅胶G薄层板上,正己烷-乙酸乙酯(9:1)为展开剂,5%香草醛5%硫酸乙醇溶液为显色剂。结果表明,硅胶G薄层板展开效果良好。建立的柴胡薄层鉴别方法专属性强,阴性无干扰,可用于荆防败毒散柴胡薄层鉴别。以柴胡对照药材为对照,将供试品与对照药材溶液点于同一硅胶G薄层板上,三氯甲烷-甲醇-水(30:10:1)为展开剂,4%对二甲氨基苯甲醛的40%硫酸溶液为显色剂。结果表明,硅胶G薄层板展开效果良好。建立的柴胡薄层鉴别方法专属性强,阴性无干扰,可用于荆防败毒散柴胡薄层鉴别。

Abstract:
Abstract In order to improve the quality standard of Jingfangbaidu Powder, a new thin-layer chromatography (TLC) identification method for Schizonepeta and Bupleurum was added in this study. Using jutenone as the control, the test article and the reference solution were placed on the same silica gel G thin layer plate, n-hexane-ethyl acetate (9:1) was used as the developing agent, 5% vanillin in 5% sulfuric acid - ethanol solution was used as the color developing agent.The results show that the silica gel G thin layer plate has a good development effect. The established thin-layer identification method for Schizonepeta japonica is highly specific and negative without interference, and can be used for the TLC identification of Schizonepeta japonica in Jingfangbaidu Powder. Taking Bupleurum control medicinal material as a control, the test article and the control medicinal material solutions were placed on the same silica gel G thin layer plate, trichloromethane-methanol-water (30:10:1) was used as the developing agent, and 4% p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde in 40% sulfuric acid solution was used as the color developer. The results show that the silica gel G thin layer plate has a good development effect. The established thin-layer identification method for Bupleurum is highly specific and negative without interference, and can be used for the TLC identification of Bupleurum in Jingfangbaidu Powder.
