布鲁氏菌病是由布鲁氏菌引起的一种世界性分布的人畜共患重要疾病,长期以来,对我国公共卫生和畜牧业生产存在一定的威胁。布鲁氏菌病的精准诊断是有效防控该病的关键,但由于其检测和确诊难度较大,通常需要结合多种方法进行综合判断,随着分子诊断技术的发展,布鲁氏菌病的精准诊断有了更多的选择。总结并分析了现有的布鲁氏菌病的分子检测技术的应用进展,分析了其优缺点以及临床的适应性,旨在为布鲁氏菌病诊断、疫情监测及防控策略制定提供科学依据,并推动未来诊断技术的优化与推广。 |

Research progress on molecular diagnostic methods for animal brucellosis |

Abstract: |
Brucellosis?is an important globally distributed zoonotic disease caused by?Brucella?spp., which has long posed a threat to public health and livestock production in China. Accurate diagnosis is crucial for effective prevention and control of brucellosis. However, due to the challenges in detection and confirmation, diagnosis often requires a combination of multiple methods for comprehensive assessment. With advances in molecular diagnostic technologies, more accurate diagnosis options for brucellosis have become available. This review summarizes and analyzes recent progress in molecular detection techniques for brucellosis, evaluating their advantages, limitations, and clinical applicability. The aim is to provide a scientific basis for brucellosis diagnosis, epidemic surveillance, and the development of control strategies, while promoting the optimization and wider adoption of future diagnostic technologies. |
