采用UPLC-PDA联合UPLC-MS/MS方法确证了一批标称白头翁口服液中非法添加物恩诺沙星;样品经提取稀释后,采用Waters BEH C18 色谱柱为分离柱,UPLC-PDA初步筛查,再用ACQUITY UPLC T3色谱柱分离,液相色谱串联质谱仪采用正离子扫描方式,上机测定。通过对比色谱图保留时间和光谱图的峰形以及质谱图,结果表明最终确证该批样品中非法添加物为恩诺沙星。本方法快速、灵敏、重现性好,适用于本批标称白头翁口服液中恩诺沙星的检测。 |

Abstract: |
A mothod was established for confirmation of Enrofloxacin in a batch of Baitouweng koufuye by UPLC-PDA joint UPLC-MS/MS..After extraction and dilution, waters BEH C18 column as separation column, UPLC-PDA preliminary screening, and then separated by ACQUITY UPLC T3 chromatography column, liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometer by positive ion scanning and measurement. By comparing the retention time of the chromatogram and the peak shape of the spectrogram and the mass spectrometer, the results showed that the illegal addition was enrofloxacin. This method is fast, sensitive and reproducible, and is suitable for the detection of Enrofloxacin in this batch of nominal Baitouweng koufuye. |
